Moor has been Santander’s CMO for two years. During his tenure, the bank has deployed innovative marketing initiatives that go beyond the conventional expectations of the finance industry. For example, this year the bank partnered TfL to launch the Santander Cycles scheme to "engage with customers in an un-bank-like way". Moor is passionate about creating equal opportunities for young people from diverse backgrounds. He is a board member of the Haverstock Career Academy and works with charity Career Ready UK. If he could choose one word that might appear in his retirement speech, it would be "Thanks".
