Bright joined Virgin Media at the start of 2015, but hasn’t wasted any time pulling up her sleeves. Already, she has created a vision and purpose for the brand; launched a bold campaign to promote the next-generation optical-fibre VIVID; led a restructure of the marketing function by bringing together insight and analytics; and brought Virgin Media to the Republic of Ireland. As she describes it herself, it’s been an "exciting and productive" first year. She also has her eye on the CEO role… eventually. "Yes, I’d like the opportunity to lead more broadly in future," she says.
