KFC "KFC 99p VIP Presents: Around the World in 99 Gigs" by Bartle Bogle Hegarty

KFC has created a YouTube mini-series in which two presenters travel the world, going from gig to gig, as a way to promote its 99p snacking menu on the fast-food chain's loyalty app.

Bartle Bogle Hegarty created the concept for the campaign, which is aimed at 16- to 24-year-olds and promotes KFC’s Colonel’s Club app, which offers users gig tickets and deals on food. The series is fronted by Callux and Charlotte de Carle – who vacillate between adolescent cynicism and manic cheerfulness in the way that youth-show presenters do – and features 11 episodes. Users who subscribe to KFC’s app can also win tickets to a gig later this summer that acts as the culmination to the show.
