J Walter Thompson's experiential division has put together a live version of the traffic-dodging mobile game, Crossy Road, in a new campaign for KitKat.
YouTube stars Miniminter and Tbjzl front the three-minute online film, in which they take turns trying to complete the live-action version of the app game while the other does his best to hamper his friend’s progress. The film will run on YouTube (on Trueview and the vloggers’ pages) and Facebook, and is aimed at the gaming community. The film also promotes KitKat’s new packaging, which include QR codes that take users to YouTube content.
