It has been appointed to handle the UK launch of the Alfa Romeo Brera coupe.
The agency beat Mother and United to the business in a pitch called last month.
The agency starts work on the brief immediately and filming for a TV campaign will take place later this month. The campaign will break in April.
Quarrey said: "We are delighted to have been appointed to create the launch campaign as it is not often you get the chance to work on projects like this."
United remains Alfa Romeo's retained pan-European agency, despite losing this pitch. It also lost the brief for the global launch of Alfa's 159 model last year to the Italian agency Armando Testa.
