Lateral constructs 'cheesy' site for Primula

LONDON - Lateral Advertising have built a 'cheesy' website for Kavli, the company behind Primula Cheese. is a 10-page website, which has been constructed so that it can evolve and grow as interactivity with the target audience increases. Featuring various "cheesy" sections, it contains initial cheese suggestions brainstormed by the Lateral team in Sunderland, but contains links throughout the site where visitors can add their own.

Dean Rutter, creative director at Lateral Advertising, said: " is just one of the projects we have been working on with Kavli and we were delighted to be able to help them to bring proud to be cheesy to life on the web.

"Website design is just one of the areas in which Lateral Advertising is expanding and our unique skills base means our agency can design, build, launch, manage and market a website from an idea to the internet."

Primula Cheese was first produced in Britain in 1936 and is celebrating its 70th anniversary this year. Owned by a charitable trust, the Kavli Foundation, it won the Gold Award at the 2005 Nantwich International Cheese Show, for the best-tasting cheese spread.
