Leo Burnett's House of Cards takes UK Design Gold

The agency was one of two UK winners to scoop a Gold, with Chase Creative also triumphing, thanks to its Bending the Rules campaign created to help promote the agency.

However, it was another disappointing awards haul for the UK overall, with CHI & Partners and Wieden & Kennedy the only other agencies to emerge with an award.

CHI won a Silver for its Brightdancing campaign for Talk Talk, while Wieden & Kennedy picked up a Bronze for its Selfridges window installation.

The Grand Prix was won by Happiness Brussels, which helped launch the Toyota iQ by devising a new type of font created by the car itself.

Fifty-eight awards were handed out in total, including 21 Gold Lions.
