Level Fitness has collaborated with CALM to explore the link between fitness and mental health.
Fitness brand Level Fitness has paired up with the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) to highlight the invaluable relationship between fitness and mental health through a four-part video series. The campaign follows the endeavours of inspirational individuals who turned to fitness after their lives were impacted by suicide.
While former professional football player and boxer Leon McKenzie talks through his struggles with mental health, Marcus Chapman discusses how the death of his best friend inspired him to organise a cycling event in their memory.
The first video in the series is now live across the company’s social channels, with the three remaining videos to be published throughout this month. Two additional videos will also be released in order to promote CALM’s fitness community programmes. The work was directed by Oliver Warley.
