Levi’s adopts a martial arts theme in the latest television ad for its 501 brand. Breaking on all stations next month, ’Kung Fu’, made by Bartle Bogle Hegarty, shows a young man clad in a pair of dark 501s being chased through the streets of San Francisco by a gang of villains. After temporarily dispatching his pursuers with a number of slick moves, he pauses for breath in a launderette, where he is confronted by a beautiful girl holding a pair of indigo 501s that are destined for the wash.
