LinkedIn "What are you searching for?" by BMB

LinkedIn follows the great British job hunt with its first TV spot in the UK.

It highlights the unique qualities real LinkedIn members want in a job, from better pay and flexible hours to the ability to make a difference. Making its TV debut during the Great British Bake Off final on Tuesday (29 October), the ad will also run across digital and social channels, out of home, print and radio.

The work was created by Harry Boothman and directed by Novemba through Academy Films.
