Linley takes on LIDA and Walker for first advertising activity

Linley, the upmarket furniture brand, has appointed LIDA and Walker

Media to work on its first advertising activity.

LIDA, M&C Saatchi's direct marketing arm, was appointed after Linley

approached several agencies about the business.

The agency will create press and direct mail that will run from October

with media handled by Walker Media.

Ruth Kennedy, the managing director at Linley, said: "We are committed

to delivering to our customers the highest quality of furniture,

upholstery and accessories, supported by outstanding customer service.

LIDA understands that. We have found it inspirational, both from a

creative and a commercial perspective."

Lisa Thomas, the chief executive of LIDA, said: "We have the opportunity
