This Frenchman’s passion is keeping Eurostar’s brand promise and ensuring it lives up to expectations on the frontline. It is currently marking 20 years since it began transporting travellers from London to Europe with a new campaign celebrating our #bettercloser cultural connections. Benbassat was also heavily involved in a redesign of Eurostar’s digital identity. A creative, collaborative customer champion, he hasn’t got his eye on the CEO role yet, unless that stands for ‘chief engagement officer’; that’s where his heart is for now.
