Recruitment company Lipton Fleming has created four new divisions,
which include direct marketing and human resources departments.
The direct marketing unit is aimed at existing clients on the

The human resources arm, which has been developed in partnership with
Lipton Fleming’s clients, will offer advice on issues such as career
progression and interview technique as well as providing department
audits, salary surveys, psychometric testing and training courses.
The creative services department will supply editorial, production,
design and new-media personnel and is to be fronted by Iain Rainey, a
former consultant at Hays Reed Carol. The recruit- ment-to-recruitment
arm will handle clients already in the recruitment field and will be run
by ex-Reed consultant John Duval.
Lipton Fleming’s commercial director, Sophie Hind, who will head the
human resource division, said the new departments had been created in
response to strong demand from clients, especially for editorial and
direct marketing personnel.
