A newcomer to this list, Bridgett joined Net-a-Porter from Ralph Lauren in 2012, where she led ecommerce and digital marketing and launched three eshops in Europe; before this, she oversaw global digital marketing at EMI Music. Such extensive international experience is undoubtedly why the ambitious online retailer handed Bridgett the chief marketing job. Since joining, she has been quiet on the campaign front, but in August she unveiled the brand’s first digital out-of-home campaign: Ocean Outdoor’s full-motion screen at Canary Wharf displayed global trends and products being bought worldwide on Net-a-Porter, in real time, over a two-week period.
