The Pitch: This Grade II-listed building in north Kensington dates back to 1903 and is the former location of the Sunbeam-Talbot Automotive Works, where the Sunbeam car was first built.
Space to hire: The venue opened its fifth event space in January, a 33sqm factory boardroom that can host 32.
Don't Miss: The space features oak panelling and a marble fireplace.

The Pitch: The HAC, the London home of the Honourable Artillery Company, is a Georgian house set in a five-acre garden. It has recently upgraded its Prince Consort Rooms with LED lighting and a PA system, including digital speakers.
Space to hire: The Prince Consort Rooms offer a flexible canvas for up to 400 guests for a dinner, or larger numbers for an informal standing reception.
Don't Miss: The Artillery Garden is also available to hire for sports such as cricket, rugby, softball and football.
