Louise Wall joins Kendall Tarrant in development role

LONDON - Kendall Tarrant, the global recruitment agency, has appointed Louise Wall as its group business development director as it predicts an upturn in the recruitment market.

Wall, a former managing director of ehsrealtime, was most recently the communications director of EHS Brann, the agency created by the merger of the Havas agencies ehsrealtime and Brann.

Kendall Tarrant has appointed Wall to head a new division, Integration Practice, that will expand its business into areas linked to the training and development of staff.

Before joining EHS, Wall was the managing director of sales promotion agencies including Option One and Triangle.

Kendall Tarrant's holding company, Hat Pin, has also hired Peter Walker as a non-executive director. Walker was most recently the chief financial officer for BBDO Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

Gay Haines, the chief executive of Kendall Tarrant, said: "The past two years have been about keeping our heads down and working our socks off. Now it is time to grow again and move forward. I know they will both add greatly to the development of the business."

Wall said: "I am really delighted with this opportunity, which will focus on my keen passion, which is people. Having worked for some of the best agencies in London, I wanted to do something that was new but still related to the industry I know very well. Kendall Tarrant offers me the values, people, clients and vision I am looking for and I cannot wait to get stuck in."
