The fruit smoothie and juice brand launched a search for an agency to handle its £4 million account in June (Campaign, 8 June).
Creative Brief, which was handling the pitch, is understood to have drawn up a long- list of agencies. However, following a contract renegotiation by Lowe, Innocent opted not to hold any meetings.
Innocent's head of communications, Charlotte Rawlins, said: "We're delighted to be continuing the relationship with Lowe. We've had some really constructive discussions with them over the past few weeks, and we now have a proposal and a budget that both sides are happy with."
Lowe London won the account in 2005 and created a press, poster and TV campaign with the line: "Nothing but nothing but fruit."
Innocent has a 68 per cent share of the smoothies market and an annual turnover of £100 million.
