The burgeoning London-based network acquired a 25 per cent share of the Spanish marketing services business and its group of companies.
The deal sees M&C making a commitment to acquire a further 50 per cent of the agency over the next three years. In 2006, Zapping Publicidad made pre-tax profits of £0.9 million.
