According to a report in the Sunday Times yesterday the brothers and their agency partners, David Kershaw, Bill Muirhead and Jeremy Sinclair are considering selling as much as much as 49 per cent of the five year old agency, which won Campaign's agency of the year award last week, to one of the major international agency groups.

The Sunday Times reported that that informal talks have been conducted with at least one of the major networks. Such a deal could put a value on M&C Saatchi of as much as £100 million.

The deal would allow the growing network, which already has offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Auckland and New York, to grow more rapidly and take on more international business.
