The pair's "barbershop" commercial for Transport for London was judged the month's best radio execution by John Donnelly, the VCCP art director.
The winning spot, which highlights details of the London Congestion Charge, featured a barbershop quartet singing their way through the terms and conditions of the charge.
Commenting on the winning ad, Donnelly said: "The Congestion Charge ad managed to get the details across seamlessly within their witty song-lyric format."
Teams from Mother and Euro RSCG London were named the joint runners-up in the Awards, which are held in association with Campaign.
The Mother team Laurence Thomson, Kim Gehrig and Leon Wilson's Coca-Cola "regular Coke" ad saw them share the runners-up slot with Euro RSCG London's Dave Prater and Imran Patel and their "hairclip" execution for Fire Safety through the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
The winners of the monthly Aerial Awards are put forward to the annual awards, which will be held at the Cafe de Paris on 21 March.
