Director of brand marketing
Jobling may have a degree in chemistry and a PhD in laser chemistry, but she is certainly not the type of marketer who feels most at home in a laboratory surrounded by spreadsheets. Rather, she’s a social animal who enjoys the challenge of leading a 50-strong team and working with diverse specialists, from digital to social to media. She’s keen to improve industry-wide marketing to mothers, taking the stage to debate this topic at Mumsnet’s Mumstock conference in March. Previously, Jobling worked at Unilever and Cadbury. She lists her interests outside work as people-watching, cake-making and spending money on gym memberships that she never uses.
