Brand and marketing director
Jobling started in this role in October, having joined British Gas from her role as marketing director for Birds Eye UK & Ireland. Her brief is to grow the British Gas brand, as well as its sub-brands such as Hive and Dyno-Rod, working closely with the digital team on web and social-media strategy. With a marketing team of more than 50 to manage, as well as a customer base of 11m in the UK, in a complex, low-engagement sector, this job is not for the faint-hearted. However, given her singlemindedness, as demonstrated by her decision to axe Clarence the bear while at Birds Eye, we have no doubt she will rise to the challenge.
