Fagan joined the independent communications agency Golley Slater in 2006, overseeing its search and media divisions and building digital strategy for clients including Center Parcs and Crocs.

Wood said: "We are excited about the experience Mark will bring to the team in terms of search leadership, integrated performance, client services and strategy."
