- Mars has awarded its £85 million centralised UK broadcast media buying account to Zenith Media.
Zenith triumphed in a four way pitch against incumbents MediaVest, which handled the Maltesers, Mars Bar and Whiskas brands; MediaCom TMB, which handles M&Ms; and New PHD, which works on the media planning for some of the Mars brands. Zenith Media was the incumbent on the Tunes, Snickers, Milky Way and Lockets accounts.
Last year Mars centralised its £8 million press buying accounts into Zenith. The agency will now be responsible for media buying across TV, radio, cinema and video.
