Moll left Honda – where he forged his career in various roles from 2001 onwards – for Nissan, in July 2015, after a mutual agreement with his former employer, telling Marketing he had reached a crossroads: "I had done all I wanted to do." He is a vehement advocate of TV advertising ("The best ads are like the most impressive people you’ve ever met," he said recently), and has been described by client and agency peers as creative, innovative, straight-thinking and personable to boot. Moll is undoubtedly raring to make his mark in the relatively new role.
