As a result, Helen Calcraft steps up from managing director to the newly created post of chief executive. The MCBD co-founder Jeremy Miles will remain as the chairman of the agency.
Pring joined MCBD from D'Arcy in 2001 and was also a Campaign Face to Watch that year. He was promoted to the board in 2002 and made the new-business director the following year. He will continue to head the agency's Department of Health, HM Revenue & Customs, Metropolitan Police Service and Subaru accounts.
Robertson came to MCBD from Grey London in 1999 as the agency's first account director and now runs the P&O Cruises, Vision Express and McNeil Nutritionals accounts. She joined the board in 2001, and was named the client services director in 2003.
