During their time at BBDO, the pair worked on the agency’s award-winning Monster.com business, as well as the AT&T and Mars accounts.
The duo’s most recent work for Monster.com was a campaign that promoted the brand’s career mapping tool, in which a doctor and a detective find their daily work routine hindered by the presence of their friends during a take a friend to work day.
The team will report to MCBD’s creative director, Danny Brooke-Taylor, and will work across its key clients, including Premier Foods, Vision Express and COI.
Before joining BBDO New York in 2007, Gorlov and Le Feuvre worked at TBWA\London, where their work for Whiskas and Skittles won awards at Cannes and D&AD.
The appointments follow those of the senior planners Stephanie Newman and Tamsin Northridge from Fallon.
