McLaren is promoting its new P1 model with an online film showing the £866,000 supercar completing a lap of the Nordschleife track, the northern loop of the Nürburgring in Germany. VCCP created the spot, which shows the P1 completing a lap of the track in under seven minutes – a feat rarely achieved by production cars. The work was written by John McLaughlin, art directed by Jonny Parker and directed by Dan Gifford through 76ltd. VCCP Media handled the media planning and buying.
