the Guardian’s Guide on Saturday. ’I was retuned last week (yes,

really) - but only because I was in bed with ’flu and so was at home on

Friday lunchtime when Pete and Bob decided to call. So I don’t need any

more reminders, thank you.



But what a sweet idea. A bright, sunny, sticky memo, complete with

telephone number, that can be put in a diary or on a computer screen. Of

course, whether or not the retuner actually turns up for the appointment
