Media: GCap Media says no to planned sale of nine stations

GCap Media has announced it is not proceeding with the planned sale of nine of its stations in the South-West and North Wales. GCap's board said it felt the offers it had received were not in the best interests of shareholders. GCap shareholders will miss out on a planned special dividend following a sale.
