Media: Red magazine wins legal action

Hachette Filipacchi UK's Red magazine has won its legal action against Real magazine for trademark infringement. The title, which was recently acquired by Burda Media, redesigned its logo in 2003 in a style similar to Red's. Burda has agreed to change Real's logo and to pay Hachette's legal costs, which are estimated to be £1 million.
