Bishop, who is the chief executive of Anderson & Lembke, arrived at A&L in January from McCanns in Australia to oversee a possible office consolidation. The merger has now come about following the two offices' joint win of the Microsoft Windows account.

The new merged office will be renamed McCann Erickson/A&L and will officially merge on August 1. It will have billings of $335 million.
