Michael Finn leaves DFGW after 15 years at the agency he co-founded

The DFGW chief executive, Michael Finn, is stepping down after 15 years at the agency, leaving the creative director, Dave Waters, as the only remaining co-founder.

Finn will leave the agency at the end of March and his shares will be redistributed to the agency management. Waters and the joint managing directors, Tom Vick and Hugh Cameron, will remain in charge of the business.

Finn said: "Leaving the agency I helped create will be an enormous wrench, but I have been restless for some time and am looking for a new challenge."

Paul Grubb left DFGW in the autumn of 2004. He is now working as a regional executive creative director for Lowe in Asia. Gary Duckworth, another founder, resigned in 2003.
