Mindshare wins TK Maxx online account

LONDON - WPP-owned Mindshare has won the online planning and buying account for TK Maxx without a pitch.

The incumbent on the account was Arena BLM. Mindshare already handles the discount fashion retailer's offline media planning and buying business.

Arena BLM won the online business in February 2007 after a pitch against Golley Slater and Starcom. Mindshare won the fashion chain's media business in June 2007 after pitching against BLM and MPG.

In September last year, GT won the pan-European digital advertising account for TK Maxx. The retailer had previously worked with BLM Quantum, the digital arm of Arena BLM.
