At Hearst Live, Tice will lead the campaign team, which is responsible for consumer marketing and sponsorship management. The company publishes titles including Cosmopolitan, Red and Good Housekeeping.
Tice has been asked to review how Hearst can "capture and share even more content from our events as we continue to increase and extend them".
She will report to Victoria Archbold, managing director of events and sponsorship at Hearst Live, and joins the company on 12 February.
Her appointment is part of Archbold’s vision to grow the team by around a third. She told Campaign last year that she was looking for people who are experts in their field in a number of areas such as ad agencies, event agencies, local councils and charities.
Tice joined Mindshare as an account manager in 2007, she has also worked at Carat and IPC Media.
