Momentum reveals new executive creative director

McCann Worldgroup agency Momentum Worldwide has named Mike Kettles as its UK executive creative director.

Kettles was previously director of creative and strategy at experiential agency A Little Bird, and worked as senior strategist at RPM from 2010 until 2012. He founded Greenspace back in 2007 and has also worked for KLP Euro RSCG.

He joins Momentum with immediate effect and will work closely with Luke D’Arcy, who recently took up the role of UK president at the company. Kettles will be responsible for the agency product and management of its creative departments in both London and Manchester.

The role of executive creative director is a new one for Momentum.

D’Arcy said: "Mike is a rare talent in the agency world; a strategic thinker with the creative spark to deliver innovation and stunning creative ideas. I first met him back at KLP Euro RSCG and when I took up the new UK president role at Momentum, I had no doubt who I wanted to help me roll out the new vision for the UK; his energy, enthusiasm and experience will be an invaluable asset to the agency and our client partners."
