Monster.com Europe, the European division of the global online recruitment network, has bolstered its management team with the appointments of Rikke Rasmussen as marketing director and Peter Croasdale as director of content and product development.
Rasmussen joins from BT's internet and multimedia services division where she oversaw the launch of BTClick and was responsible for BT's Webzone at the Millennium Dome.
She will be responsible for the strategic marketing direction of Monster.com Europe across the company's four existing local language sites in the UK, France, Belgium and the Netherlands. She will also assume responsibility for the additional 14 sites which will be launched by the end of the year.
Croasdale joins from the BBC where he was a commissioning editor for BBC Online. He has been involved in the development of sites including CBBC to Eurovision. At Monster.com Europe he will commission and develop career content for the network of local language sites.
Monster.com has also appointed Simon Parker as marketing director for its UK hub, Monster.co.uk.
