The agencies pitching for the Discover card business are the incumbent, DDB Needham, Leo Burnett, both Chicago; Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, San Francisco; Lowe & Partners/SMS, New York; the Martin Agency, Richmond; and TBWA/Chiat Day, Playa del Rey.
