The appointed shop will work alongside Droga5, Motorola’s lead creative agency, in the UK, Brazil, China and India. Activity will initially focus on Moto E, Motorola’s new smartphone.
Campaign understands that at least four agencies are involved in the process. Pitches are set to take place at the Motorola headquarters in Chicago.
In December 2014, Droga5 New York created the "choose choice" campaign to promote the Moto Maker website, which enables users to select the specifications of their Moto X phone.
Lenovo acquired Motorola from Google in October 2014.
Motorola declined to comment.
