Alan Stetford joins the agency from the planning consultancy plan4business. Stetford will work across the Masterfoods account, with a focus on the Uncle Ben's and Dolmio brands. Pamela Knudsen also joins as a planning director. She will be working across the Shell and Yell accounts. She joins from The Future Foundation, where she was responsible for planning for the IPA's The Future of Advertising. Knudsen's career also includes spells at Grey, Lowe Direct and Leo Burnett. They will both report to Proximity London's head of planning, Kevin Allen.
