Pinder joins from Publicis, where she has been the global brand director for four years. In her new role, Pinder will be charged with developing internal training and strengthening the role of strategy within the agency.
Pinder has worked in advertising for 13 years. At Publicis, she developed a global strategy for Minute Maid and worked on the Nestle Purina pitch.
Her early advertising career included a spell at Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper, where she was a board account director for five years across brands including Peugeot and Cadbury.
