Movers: Appointment at 23red

Long joins from Doner Cardwell Hawkins, where he spent eight years, most recently as the head of copy. Long is one of a number of new signings at 23red, made in response to its recent new-business haul including the charity Whizzkidz and the University of Oxford. Owen Jenkinson joins as the project director across the Learning and Skills Council and Visit London; Jo Smith joins as the senior project manager on the Department of Health and Whizzkidz.
