Movers: Appointment at DMS

DMS, the Cheltenham-based direct marketing agency, has hired the former WWAV Rapp Collins West founding partner Tony Weller (pictured) as its executive creative director.

Weller joins after a period as a freelance following his departure from WWAV West last year after nine years at the agency. His earlier career included spells at EHS Brann and WWAV Rapp Collins Scotland. In his new role, he will be responsible for strengthening the creative department. His first move will be to promote Shaun Crawford and Helen Prince to the newly created roles of joint creative directors. Separately, Tracey Waite has been promoted to planning director.
