Movers: Appointment at GCap Media

GCap Media has hired Stephen Fuller (pictured) as its commercial group head, as part of a restructure.

In his new role, Fuller will be responsible for GCap's cross-selling alliance with Viacom and IPC, called RSVP. He will also lead its brand strategy and strategic solutions divisions and their marketing support operations. Fuller's career in media spans 13 years, most recently as the head of consumer insight at Viacom.

He spent most of his career as a media planner, including a spell as a board director at MediaVest working across clients such as Masterfoods, Mars, Associated Newspapers and 20th Century Fox.
