Lisa Blythman-Wood joins as the head of design with a brief to develop the new design division to focus on craft and branding. Blythman-Wood joins from Wheel, where she was the head of web design. The creative team Leigh Gilbert and Scott Andrews join from Draft London, where they developed the award-winning Lost Souls campaign for Stella Artois. The former Campaign Faces to Watch have been charged with raising the creative profile of work across the agency. Greg Viercant joins as a senior designer from the headquarters of the Diesel clothing brand in Italy, where he was the lead designer.
Marc Giusti, the creative director, said: "Since my appointment a year ago, we have focused on building our conceptual strength, craft skills and production capabilities. These latest appointments complete the creative line-up. Now I can focus on developing our growing strategic offering."
