De Moraes joins from Tequila\London (formerly TBWA\GGT), where he spent four years, most recently as brand guardian. During his time there, he collected a number of awards, including a silver and a bronze at the 2004 Cannes Cyber Lions for Vauxhall's Meriva launch. His earlier career included a year at BBC Interactive and three years at the digital agency Organic, where he split his time between the Sao Paulo and London offices.
