Matt Downs, the publisher of the IPC Southbank title InStyle, has been elevated to head of IPC corporate key accounts. Downs will be responsible for developing relationships with IPC's biggest clients and their agencies, becoming their central contact for advertising at the company. Meanwhile, the IPC business development manager, Antony Marcou, is promoted to head of IPC corporate business development. Downs and Marcou will report to Alison Deas, the ad director for trading at IPC Media.
IPC Media has bolstered its sales team with two internal promotions.
