Movers: Appointment at Iris Nation

Iris Nation has strengthened its direct marketing division with three hirings across its account management and creative departments.

The creative team Paul Beier and Susan Young (pictured above) are joining the agency from WWAV Rapp Collins as creative heads. Art director Beier and writer Young spent five years at WWAV, working on accounts such as Wanadoo and L'Oreal Garnier. Beier joined WWAV from Proximity London, where he was a group head. Young has worked in a variety of roles on clients including Sony, Sony Ericsson and Lloyds TSB. The team will be charged with raising the standard of the agency's direct response work.

Rebecca Brennan (pictured right) also joins as a group account director on the agency's recently won Sony UK direct and Gala Group business. Brennan will also work with the agency's director of direct marketing, David Morley, to grow Iris' financial services business. She joins from OgilvyOne, where she was a senior account director, heading the Halifax Bank of Scotland account as well as working on the IBM and Unilever accounts. Brennan began her agency career at Ogilvy in 2000, when she joined Ogilvy Interactive as a consultant working on online customer relationship marketing projects for clients such as Royal Mail and IBM.
