The writer Fleetwood and the art director Monaghan met at Partners BDDH, where they worked on accounts including Mercedes-Benz and Christian Aid. Fink has also hired the junior team Ana Farias and Paul Weatherfall. The pair join after stints at Mother London and Wieden & Kennedy, where Weatherfall began his career.
