Movers: Appointment at Origin Publishing

Origin Publishing has appointed its founder and former chief executive, Kevin Cox (pictured), as a non-executive chairman following its management buyout from BBC Magazines earlier this month. He founded the specialist publishing business in 1997 but left in 2005 after its acquisition by BBC Magazines. Cox replaces Peter Phippen, the managing director of BBC Magazines, who is stepping down as the non-executive chairman of Origin.
